FAULTY GOODS
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns, all purchases are final. Damaged or faulty item claims will be processed within 7 working days of notification, as will shortfalls in the order. To compensate for faulty goods we will reward store credit or an exchange. We will not be held responsible for goods that are lost in the post on their return. Damaged, faulty or missing items received must be reported with 24 hours of delivery. Items will ONLY be considered faulty if they are ‘Dead on Arrival’. We do not guarantee the taste or puff count as this is subjective and cannot be verified.
